THE FOUNDER
Willette L. Holt
I have been writing for more than a decade. I started with poetry, moved into screenwriting, and eventually into novels. Each form left something behind: rhythm, dialogue, visual thinking, emotion— and all of those influences live in the way I write today. I've always thought in stories. As a child, I created them through play with my dolls; as a teenager, I began writing poetry and performing it. Writing became the avenue I processed the world around me, and eventually, the way I began imagining worlds of my own. But I've always had another instinct alongside writing: the instinct to build. My work in marketing and creative strategy taught me to think beyond the page, to think about audiences, experiences, community, and the business that allows creative work to survive.
Two Lanes House is where those two instincts meet.
